Africa Maritime Hub

The Africa Maritime Hub drives pan-African collaboration to enhance maritime security, protect marine biodiversity, and promote blue economy growth. It supports harmonization of maritime policies, strengthens port capabilities, and facilitates joint initiatives combating piracy and illegal fishing building resilience for coastal communities and regional trade corridors.

Asia-Pacific Maritime Hub

Serving one of the world’s most geopolitically complex maritime regions, the Asia-Pacific Hub advances cooperative frameworks on environmental protection, digital innovation, and sustainable shipping. It engages ASEAN nations and Pacific Island States, supporting climate resilience, capacity building, and marine spatial planning tailored to diverse national and subregional contexts.

Latin America/Caribbean Maritime Hub

The Latin America and Caribbean Hub promotes regional dialogue on maritime safety, port development, and disaster preparedness. By connecting member states, it fosters regulatory alignment and strengthens trade facilitation while advancing initiatives for sustainable fisheries and coastal ecosystem protection within this diverse marine environment.

Indian Ocean & Small Island States Hub

Focused on the unique vulnerabilities of Indian Ocean rim countries and Small Island Developing States (SIDS), this hub specializes in climate adaptation, ocean health monitoring, and integrated maritime planning. It champions innovative approaches to seawall construction, renewable energy deployment, and cooperative maritime security frameworks ensuring sustainable development for island nations.
